My name is Lexie. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the beautiful evergreen state of Washington. I see clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults who are experiencing burnout, family dysfunction, perfectionism, life transitions, and substance use problems (in addition to other stressors). I use an eclectic variety of cognitive, body-based, and trauma-informed approaches to help you find relief, increased expansive meaning, and better life balance.
